450 g | Crab meat | |

150 g | Spinach | |
2 tbsp | Lime juice | |
1 tsp | Cumin | |
.5 tsp | Paprika | |
3 tbsp | Mayonnaise |
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin and paprika. Add crab meat and diced celery. Mix well; add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Cube the avocado and gently stir it into the mixture. Alternatively, this salad looks great served in the well of avocado halves instead of cubing the avocado simply remove the seed and the skin. Place crab and avocado mix on a bed of spinach and serve.
