600 gPork tenderloin
1 Onions
3 clovesGarlic
1 tspOregano
2 tspPaprika
1.5 tspCumin
1 tspSmoked paprika
.5 tspCloves
.5 tspCinnamon
.5 tspCayenne pepper
100 mlOrange juice
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspApple cider vinegar
100 mlChicken stock
  1. Thinly slice the onion, and add to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Stir to combine well, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. When finished cooking, shred the pork with 2 forks.
  2. If you want the pork to be crispy on the edges, transfer to a baking tray and grill for a few minutes until the edges are charred. Pairs well with pickled onions, rice, beans, and tomatoes.
