600 g | Pork tenderloin | |

1 tsp | Smoked paprika | |

100 ml | Orange juice | |
2 tbsp | Brown sugar | |
1 tbsp | Apple cider vinegar | |
100 ml | Chicken stock |
- Thinly slice the onion, and add to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients. Stir to combine well, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. When finished cooking, shred the pork with 2 forks.
- If you want the pork to be crispy on the edges, transfer to a baking tray and grill for a few minutes until the edges are charred. Pairs well with pickled onions, rice, beans, and tomatoes.
