| 1 kg | Chicken thighs | |
| 2 | Bell peppers | ((red)) |
| 2 | Limes | |
| 2 cloves | Garlic | |
| 1 tbsp | Ginger | |
| 2 tsp | Curry powder | |
| 150 g | Peanut butter | ((crunchy)) |
| 3 tbsp | Honey | |
| 4 tbsp | Soy sauce |
- Put all of the ingredients except for the limes and peppers in the slow cooker, mix well, put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours or low for at least 6 hours.
- 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add in the chopped peppers and stir through. Squeeze over the juice of 1 – 2 limes (to taste) before serving.
