.5 Bell peppers
.25 Red onions
1 Cucumber
2 tbspLemon juice
10 gBasil
115 gMayonnaise
280 gCanned tuna
35 gCashews (Roasted)
  1. Prepare the ingredients: shred or slice the broccoli into a slaw, dice the bell pepper and onion, chop the basil and the cashews, and slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the cucumber slices. Add additional mayo to achieved desired creaminess. Top the salad on cucumber slices. Garnish with additional fresh basil and chopped cashews if you wish.
