100 mlOat milk
2 tbspMaple syrup
45 gChia seeds
.5 tspVanilla extract
2 bagsChai tea
  1. Steep the chai tea bags water for 5 minutes (.5 cup per tea bag), then discard the tea bags. Add the chai tea, oat milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Pour the chia seeds into the bowl and whisk together until everything is well incorporated. Let sit covered in the fridge for one hour or overnight to set. Top with your favourite yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon to serve.
