185 ml | Mayonnaise |
- Chop the crab and shrimp. Hardboil and chop the eggs, green onions, and fresh dill. In a large bowl add the crab, shrimp, eggs, green onion, dill, corn, and corn.
- In a separate smaller bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayonnaise using a whisk. Substitute the mayonnaise with lowfat greek yogurt for lighter nutritional values. This will be the crab salad dressing.
- Add the dressing to the bowl of vegetables and seafood and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir just to combine and serve chilled.
