500 gCrab meat
500 gShrimp (cooked)
6 Eggs
4 Scallions
200 gCorn
125 mlSour cream
2 tbspFresh dill
185 mlMayonnaise
  1. Chop the crab and shrimp. Hardboil and chop the eggs, green onions, and fresh dill. In a large bowl add the crab, shrimp, eggs, green onion, dill, corn, and corn.
  2. In a separate smaller bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayonnaise using a whisk. Substitute the mayonnaise with lowfat greek yogurt for lighter nutritional values. This will be the crab salad dressing.
  3. Add the dressing to the bowl of vegetables and seafood and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir just to combine and serve chilled.
