Garlic Steak Bites with Potatoes

1 tsp | Fresh thyme | |
1 tsp | Oregano | |
3 cloves | Garlic | |
1 tsp | Fresh rosemary | |
1 tbsp | Olive oil |
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the potatoes into quarters and cut the steak into small bites.
- Cook the Potatoes: Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and then add olive oil and butter, potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Cook for about 3 minutes, stir, and cook an additional 3 minutes until fork tender. Remove and set aside on a plate.
- Add Steak: Turn the skillet to high heat. Add the steak bites. Let the steak sear for a minute, and then continue to stir the steak until they are golden brown. Top the steak with fresh chopped herbs (optional).
