24 gDeli ham (2 slices)
24 gDeli chicken (2 slices)
8 leavesLettuce

5 ozCherry tomatoes
1 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspMustard
  1. Place some parchment paper on a cutting board. Layer 5 to 8 lettuce leaves in the middle of parchment paper. The sides of the lettuce leaves should be on top of each other leaving no space between the leaves, as these will be the tortilla wrap substitute. Spread the mustard and mayo over the leaves and begin to layer the toppings.
  2. Add the prosciutto and the slices of deli meat (ham and chicken breast), sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Roll the lettuce wraps by using the parchment as your base. Roll the lettuce wrap as tight as possible.
  3. Halfway through rolling, fold the edges of the wraps towards the center, and continue rolling like a burrito. When it is completely wrapped, roll the remainder of the parchment around the wrap. Slice the wrap in half and serve!
