| 250 ml | Cream | |

| .5 tsp | Oregano | |
| 15 g | Basil | |
| .5 tsp | Red chili flakes | |
| .5 tsp | Paprika | |
| 25 g | Sun-dried tomatoes | |
| 230 ml | Vegetable stock | |
| 850 g | Butterbeans |
- Mince the garlic, drain the beans (don't rinse), make the stock, chop the spinach and the basil to prep.
- Heat the butter, garlic, spices, and some salt and pepper in a large pan over medium heat. Cook for about 2 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, vegetable stock, and butter beans. Continue cooking on medium, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the spinach until wilted, then stir in heavy cream, parmesan, fresh basil. Serve warm -- pairs nicely with crusty bread.
