50 gCream cheese (light)
30 gShredded cheese (mozarella - light)
2.5 clovesGarlic
.5 tspItalian seasoning
.5 tspDried parsley
.25 tspRed chili flakes
2 Lasagna sheets
150 gTomato passata
.25 tspVegetable stock
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F). Spray a small saucepan and sauté the onions stirring occasionally until soft and brown – around 2 minutes.
  2. Add the meat-free mince and minced garlic and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in the passata and 75ml of water and sprinkle in the seasonings. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce has thickened, about for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, stir the cream cheese, minced garlic and dried parsley until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  4. Spread ⅓ of the meat-free sauce over the bottom of the baking dish. Add lasagna sheet on top with another ⅓ of the meat-free sauce. Add another lasagna sheet followed by the remaining meat sauce and top with the cream cheese and grated cheese.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted to a golden-brown.
