2 Bell peppers ((red))
2 Limes
2 clovesGarlic
1 tbspGinger
2 tspCurry powder
150 gPeanut butter ((crunchy))
3 tbspHoney
4 tbspSoy sauce
  1. Put all of the ingredients except for the limes and peppers in the slow cooker, mix well, put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours or low for at least 6 hours.
  2. 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add in the chopped peppers and stir through. Squeeze over the juice of 1 – 2 limes (to taste) before serving.
